"Exactly as good as I expected"
I’ve ordered from here a few times now, and it just keeps proving what I already thought: the food is always solid. Every order has been good, so at this point I pretty much expect it to hit every time.

"Slow customer service, honestly a bit frustrating"
I started off patient, but after waiting so long just to get a simple question answered, I got really frustrated. The person who eventually helped me was okay, so I felt a little better by the end, but the wait definitely put me in a bad mood.

"Pickup was honestly so easy"
I ordered from stlouiswings.com after work and was kind of thinking, “Alright, hopefully this doesn’t turn into a whole thing.” But nope, the food was already ready when I got there. No waiting around, no confusion, nothing. The guy at the counter found my order right away, handed it over, and I was out in maybe two minutes. Super smooth pickup. I’ll definitely do it again...

"Packaging held up great"
I placed my order earlier in the week and it showed up a few days later in really good shape. The packaging was solid, nothing was leaking, crushed, or tossed around. When I opened it that afternoon, everything looked neat and still felt fresh. Definitely appreciated the extra care.

"Really big portions for the price"
I ordered from stlouiswings.com and was surprised by how much food showed up. The wings were packed really well, and the sides definitely weren’t tiny either. I actually had leftovers for later, which seriously almost never happens with takeout. Super happy with the portion size.

I ordered from stlouiswings.com and, to be fair, the delivery was way quicker than I thought it would be. I was expecting to wait a bit, but the food showed up fast, which was a nice surprise.

The food was still hot when it got here too, so I really can’t complain. The driver was easy to deal with, there was no hassle, and overall it felt like a smooth, fair experience from start to finish

I placed my order online and it went through, but the site felt a little slow on my end and I had to wait longer than I wanted for the confirmation. When I picked up my food, everything was right, so I can’t complain too much. For me, it was just an okay experience, nothing awful, but nothing that really stood out either.

"Wish I’d tried these sauces sooner"
I was surprised by how many sauce options they had. I tried a few and each one was actually good, not just the same flavor with a different name. It’s perfect when everyone’s in the mood for something different. My only regret is not ordering more to sample, so I’ll definitely be back to try the rest.

"Flavors were kind of a letdown"
I ordered a few different wing flavors and most of them tasted flat. The hot one was mainly salty and didn’t really have much heat, which was disappointing. I reached out to support and got the vibe they were putting it on me, like I just picked the wrong flavors or expected too much. It wasn’t the worst meal ever, but I definitely expected better

"I ordered from Stlouiswings and the food..."
I ordered from Stlouiswings and the food was decent. The wings tasted good and showed up like they were supposed to, so I can't really complain there. They weren't bad at all, just not anything that totally blew me away.
I’d say the value kinda depends on whether there’s a deal going on. If you grab a combo or special, it makes more sense, but paying full price feels a bit high for what you get. I’d probably order again, just not all the time.

"Wings were actually really fresh today"
Got the wings today and they came out hot, fresh, and just... good. Tasted like they were made right then, which I always appreciate.
